'ATOMIC RETRIBUTION' We are thrilled to unveil the next chapter of our debut album ‘Converging Parallel Worlds’ with our second single, ATOMIC RETRIBUTION. The track delves into the aftermath of war, exposing its unsettling connection to self-centered and apathetic pursuits of rulers. While those in command consistently remain out of reach, ordinary people act as cannon fodder in the power struggle between kings. Though inspired by the impact of the Nagasaki/Hiroshima events, its overall message reaches far beyond. ATOMIC RETRIBUTION may come across as the most straightforward power metal track on the album, carrying a load of emotional depth. The short piano prelude paves the way for an energetic melodic arrangement that immerses the listener in the song. John Matthys joined the studio recordings to handle additional backing vocal duties, resulting in a great sonic fusion with Josey’s raw and pitched lead vocals.
